The text you input into our Services remains your property. The audio output generated from your text is also your property, and we claim no ownership rights to the content you create using our Services.
However, VoiceGenius and its licensors own all right, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all software, text, media, and other content available on the Services (excluding user-generated content).
6. License to Use
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, VoiceGenius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use our Services for your personal or internal business purposes.
7. Restrictions on Use
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Services or any content available through the Services
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software
- Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
- Use our Services to create a competitive product or service
8. Payment Terms
For premium services, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise specifically provided in these Terms.

- Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services
- Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services
- Any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. VoiceGenius does not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VoiceGenius and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to our Services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
